TournaPilot is in private beta, and putting a number on this page before the first season has run would be a guess dressed as a price. Beta directors help set it — and will not be surprised by it.
What is already decided
These are not pricing positions that could move. They are how the software is built.
Your money is yours
Entry fees are charged against your own Stripe account and settle to your balance. TournaPilot never takes custody of a cent, so there is no platform balance, no reserve and no waiting for a payout.
Or take no card payments at all
Publish a Venmo, PayPal or Cash App handle. Teams pay you directly and TournaPilot reconciles that it happened.
You are not charged per team
Whatever the shape ends up being, a tournament that draws well should not become a bill that punishes you for it.
The public pages cost nothing
A schedule a parent can open is not a feature to be sold back to you.
What the beta costs
Nothing, and no card. You run a real tournament on it, you tell us where it hurt, and when pricing is set you will hear it from us before you read it here.
