You get it early
Invitations go out in the order the list was joined, and in the order tournaments are actually happening. A director with an event in six weeks goes ahead of one with an event in June.
You get a say
Most of what has been built so far came from a director saying "that is not how we do it". Tiered run rules, the Sleep In option, championship-preferred fields and the tiebreaker order all started as somebody’s complaint.
You run a real event on it
Not a demo. A real tournament, with real teams and real parents refreshing the schedule. That is the only test that means anything, and it is why the list is small.
Who it is a good fit for right now
Baseball, softball or wiffle ball. Pool play into a bracket, or a bracket on its own. One venue or several. Anywhere between four teams and a hundred.
Not yet: sports other than those three, tournaments spread across more than one weekend, and anything that needs online payment before the first invitations go out — card payments arrive with the first beta events, not before them.
